BOD Orientation

Rotaract Bangalore East conducted its BOD Orientation to equip the newly appointed Board of Directors with the knowledge and confidence needed to take on their responsibilities for RY 2026–27.

The session provided an overview of each avenue, its purpose, key responsibilities, and effective project planning and execution. It also covered club structure, leadership roles, documentation, coordination, and teamwork, ensuring clarity and alignment among the Board.

Through interactive discussions and guidance, the BOD gained a deeper understanding of how each avenue contributes to the club’s vision and the importance of working together as one team.

The orientation laid the foundation for a well-organised, collaborative, and impactful year of leadership — united by one purpose: Make It Matter.
