Project ROOT – One Rotaractor. One Tree.

Project ROOT – One Rotaractor. One Tree, organised by the Rotaract Club of SVVV (RID 3040), was a collaborative environmental initiative held from 6th to 14th July 2026, inspiring Rotaractors to take a simple yet meaningful step towards a greener future.

Rotaract Bangalore East proudly joined clubs from across districts in this initiative, encouraging members to participate by planting saplings and taking an active step towards environmental conservation. The online format enabled Rotaractors to contribute from their respective locations while documenting their participation through the project’s registration process.

By turning one Rotaractor into one contributor to a greener tomorrow, Project ROOT highlighted how small individual actions can grow into meaningful collective impact. The initiative not only promoted afforestation and environmental responsibility but also strengthened inter-club collaboration and fellowship through a shared commitment to sustainability.
