Rotaract Bangalore East, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Institute of Technology (RCBIT), organised Today’s Technology, an insightful career orientation session led by the Vice President of Rotaract Bangalore East.

The session focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, giving students a clearer understanding of modern recruitment trends and what employers look for in fresh graduates.

Through practical insights, interactive discussions, and real-world industry scenarios, participants explored the importance of communication, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, leadership, confidence, and professional etiquette alongside technical expertise.
